Xero(@qxerro) has tweeted a screenshot of about page of a Samsung Ativ S running Windows Phone 8.1. This is the first time we are seeing a device running Windows Phone 8.1. The device is running an OS version of 12166.WPMAIN(wpbldlab).20130808.It may be a phone testing at some labs.
We cannot trust the source as the image can be easily faked digitally.
We will update the post as soon as we get more information.

Not so sure about it. But really like to see it can be upgrade to wp 8.1
